Rishi Kapoor plans to returns to India in August this year. The actor will undergo his last chemotherapy session soon and will stay in NYC for 5-6 weeks before he returns to India

Rishi Kapoor Feels Homesick; Plans To Return To India By August This Year
Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is feeling homesick and has been eagerly waiting to return to India at the earliest. In September 2018, the actor hurriedly made an exit from India citing health issues, which were kept under wraps when he left for treatment. The actor had back then announced his departure to New York on his Twitter handle. Later it was revealed that the actor was detected with cancer. The news came out after many denials from his kids and extended family members. Now, he is looking forward to come to India as soon as he finishes his treatment.



The actor during his conversation with Mumbai Mirror, revealed that he is perfectly fit now and cancer is in remission. But he is still under treatment, as he also mentions that it is not the treatment but reaction time, which is time-consuming. After each cycle of his treatment there is a 6 weeks long gap, where the actor just chills, watches movies and shops in the city. Rishi has been in New York for nine months and 16 days now. 



 
Adding furthermore he also revealed that he will be stationed in NYC for 2 more weeks, thus delaying his arrival back home to August. After undergoing his last chemotherapy, he will stay back in the city for 5-6 weeks to ensure that the disease doesn't relapse.
Besides the pain and the feeling of being homesick, he also revealed how his family- wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir and daughter Riddhima have been extremely supportive. 


 
During his interaction, he mentioned about he wants to get back to work as early as possible after his return to the country. Besides his family, many celebs from the film fraternity have been visiting the actor such as Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Manish Malhotra, Rajkumar Hirani and many more.
 



The actor shared an image with the leading ladies of his life – wife Neetu, daughter Riddhima and granddaughter Samara sporting Fedora in his recent Twitter post. He thanked his daughter and his grand-daughter for visiting him in his post.


The actor was last seen in 102 Not Out with Big B and next he will be seen in Jhootha Kahin Ka.
